Water 3 is a tier 3 transmission exclusive to the Neurax Worm DLC. With it, worm eggs acquire the ability to thrive in unsanitized water, which greatly increases infectivity in poorer regions.

Unlike most transmissions, traits from two trees are needed: From the Eggs tree, Eggs 1 and Eggs 2, and from the Concertina Locomotion tree, Water 1 and Water 2.
