Walking Dead is a symptom combo which causes extreme fatigue in infected people. It will be much harder to develop a cure when this combo is active. Insomnia and Anaemia are required. The achievement Brainzzzz is earned for forming the combo.
The name is a reference to the comic book series and television show The Walking Dead.
