Uphill Ice Skating is an achievement exclusive to the Shadow Plague DLC. The player can get this if they evolve Shadow Blades, Cold Tolerance, and Air 1.

Vampire uses Blade powers to travel faster over icy terrain. Increases combat strength in cold climates.
