Bottle Smasher is an achievement that is quite simple to obtain. Basically, that player has to get their plague spotted, then wait for a country to have a leading global cure effort. When a cure research plane reaches a country, the player simply has to tap the blue cure flask bubble to prevent cure research from speeding up. Then, the achievement is earned.
