Pulmonary Fibrosis is a symptom available in the standard plagues, in addition to the Nipah Virus and Swine Flu scenarios. It causes scarring of the lungs, which leads to shortness of breath and extreme coughing. It can be fatal with intense exercise. Increases effectiveness in humid countries by 0.05.
