Public Defecation is a symptom combo, unlocked by mixing Diarrhoea and Insanity, making the infected defecate publicly. The infected fecal matter increases infection rates, but makes cure researchers more determined, increasing cure research speed. Unlocking this combo will earn the Brown Streets achievement.
