Pheromone Secretion is a Tier 4 symptom exclusive to the Shadow Plague DLC. It manipulates pheromone production through axillary steroids. This makes victims more charismatic and cunning, which in turn allows them to easily manipulate others. This symptom increases infectivity as a result.
