Hyper Sensitivity is a tier 2 symptom found in the standard plague types, the Smallpox scenario, and the Black Death scenario. It will increase the likelihood of serious allergic reactions. This symptom is good for infecting rich nations (+0.04).
If evolved during the Artificial Organs scenario in conjunction with Insanity, it will cause the infected to tear out their organs, causing a jump in death rate.
