Gift Planes are an active ability exclusive to the Christmas themed Santa's Little Helper scenario, and they are quite similar to the Trojan Planes ability in the standard Neurax Worm DLC.

Gift Planes are only found in Santa's Little Helper, and they may be activated through the Gift Plane ability which appears only after the symptom Festive Tendrils has been evolved. They can be improved on by evolving the following:
- Present Parachute - Drops Neurax Worm packages at a more steady rate.
- Early Departure - Allows more Gift Planes to be sent out.
- Chimney Shoot - Makes present droppers skilled in dropping presents down chimneys.
- Gift of Giving - Gift-giving hosts feel surges of happiness when delivering presents.
- Red-Nosed Guide - Rudolph guides Gift Planes with his red nose.
- Red-Suited Pilot - Santa comes out of retirement to drive Gift Planes.
