Genetic ReShuffle 3 reduces the amount of cure progress based on how much total cure progress has been made, meaning that it is more effective when the cure is over 80-90% than when it is used at 79% or below, making it particularly effective in Mega Brutal, or with the Nano-Virus in any difficulty.
