Dopamine Inhibitor is a gene exclusive to the Necroa Virus DLC. It increases the chance of a patient becoming a zombie.

- This gene is useful for strategies where aggression is started early in the game, where zombies are required to attack people quickly in order to get a large number of them in a short time.[2] The beginner's guide produced by the video game website TGBUS in 2015 recommended using this gene.[3]
