- Evolving this symptom, along with the symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhoea, Pneumonia, Sneezing, and Insomnia, as well as evolving the abilities Livestock 1 and 2 while the cure effort is ongoing, will unlock the Oink oink symptom combo.
