Cold Resistance 1 is a Tier 1 ability. It makes a plague evolve resistance to cold climates, allowing much quicker spreading in those areas. A similar ability is Bacterial Resilience 1, which also provides resistance to cold temperatures. It is the opposite of Heat Resistance 1.
