Buboes are a special symptom that is exclusive to the Black Death scenario. With this symptom, a person's infected lymph nodes become swollen and inflamed. When they burst, the aerosolised pus flies at other people, infecting them. They become a symptom when Bubonic plague has been evolved, which is at the start. It cannot be devolved.
