Base Hydrolysis is a gene available in the standard plagues, in addition to the Neurax Worm and Necroa Virus DLCs. This gene allows the plague's abilities to mutate but makes the disease easier to cure, additionally the mutation rate for all types of traits including symptoms is reduced by 0.1
