Anabolic Boost is a symptom in the Shadow Plague DLC. It induces surges of the hormone testosterone in the victims, causing a significant increase in the muscle mass. While this increases infectivity, it can be lethal. This symptom can be evolved with the symptom Pheromone secretion to unlock the Mr. Universe Symptom combo.
